Just thought some might be interested in what I have been reading ('consuming' might be a better word since I listen to a lot of books on CD). Overall I am pleased with the variety of subjects and authors. I made it through "The Federalist Papers" by John Jay, James Madison and Alexander Hamilton, enjoyed, but did not always understand "The Grand Design," by Stephen Hawking, broadened my perspective on Biblical Archaeology and textual cristism with "Excavating Jesus," by Crossan & Reed, refreshed my theology with, "Commentary on the Book of Galatians," by Martin Luther, became aware of how quickly I'm falling behind in the technology sector with, "The Mesh: Why the Future of Business is Sharing," by Lisa Gansky, read for a Conference Workshop, "Healthy Disclosure," by Ruth & McClintock and just to keep things well rounded, thoroughly enjoyed Clive Cussler's, "Spartan Gold." This is a representative sample of reading thus far this year. I recommend using the public library for books on CD. This greatly increases not only the number of books but also the range of subjects to which I can get exposure. What are you reading? Are there books you would recommend for me?
